Aqueous Spraywash Cleaning Equipment

AQF range of industrial multi-stage heavy duty front loading cabinet spray washers

These systems have been especially designed to meet modern industry’s ever-increasing demands for higher degrees of component cleanliness, without having to revert back to solvent cleaning technology.

FCT multi-stage wash systems combine various fully independent process stages ie hot wash, hot rinse and hot air dry, processed to ensure that the components are being cleaned to a very high standard.

A programmable logic controller fitted to the cont rol panel enables the machine operator to control individual process times and fluid temperature levels to suit the particular application in hand.

Oil/water separation and fine in-line particle filtration can also be added to further enhance the
cleaning performance of these wash systems.

AQF range of industrial single-stage heavy duty front loading cabinet spray washers

For larger and bulkier components that may require loading by hoist, crane or forklift, the FCT range of front load cabinets allows parts to be easily loaded into the front of the machine.

Maximum cleaning efficiency is achieved with a stationary component table, with either a water
driven or power driven rotary wash boom ensuring that delicate or lightweight component parts
can be washed without damage or disturbance.

For heavy component load requirements, optional “T” roller conveyor systems or powered
automatic load/unload systems can be incorporated into the machine’s specifications.
