DuPont™ Vertrel® MCA is ideally suited for 
use in vapour degreasing equipment.. Vertrel® MCA is a propritary azeotrope of DuPont™ Vertrel® XF hydrofluorocarbon (2.3-dihydrodecafluoropentanc) with trans-1,2-dichloroethylene. Its enhanced solvency power, compared to Vertrel® XF alone, makes it particularly effective for precision cleaning with difficult soils.
Vertrel® MCA has zero ozone depletion potential and low global warming potential. Vertrel® MCA can replace CFC-113, methyl chloroform (1,1,1-TCA), hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC's) and perfluorocarbons (PFC's) in many applications.
