Celebrating Collaboration: Fraser Technologies at Koki’s Rome Event
From the 23rd to the 25th of September, Fraser Technologies had the privilege of attending the much-anticipated Koki Sales Event, held in the historic and beautiful city of Rome, Italy. After a long hiatus, this marked the first time since 2019 that all global distributors were able to meet in person, making it an unforgettable gathering for the Koki family.
Hosted by Koki, a global leader in soldering materials, the event brought together over 30 representatives from around the world. Over three days, attendees engaged in insightful discussions on market trends, new product innovations, and strategic planning for the year ahead.
A Busy Agenda
The event kicked off on Monday evening with a delightful welcome dinner where attendees could reconnect and network with colleagues from across the globe.
On Tuesday, the heart of the event began with a comprehensive sales meeting, reviewing global market trends and conducting a SWOT analysis of the industry. One highlight was a live manufacturing tutorial streamed from Koki’s state-of-the-art plant in Poland. This virtual demonstration allowed attendees, and even customers remotely, to witness Koki’s advanced production techniques, highlighting the ease of conducting remote audits—an exciting development for future customer support.
Attendees also had the chance to explore Koki’s latest product offerings, including the highly anticipated S3X58 product from the HF1200 range, the successor to the HF1100 series. This new product, available in October 2024, offers groundbreaking advantages such as super low-voiding, heat resistance, and a stable shelf life of one year—setting a new standard in soldering technology.
Additionally, the session emphasized Koki’s FREE analytical service, valued at thousands of pounds, which offers blind testing of soldered boards. This unique service allows customers to identify failure points and compare their current solder pastes against Koki’s superior solutions.

On Wednesday, after two days of productive meetings, the Koki delegation enjoyed a cultural tour of Rome. Attendees strolled through the city’s cobbled streets, visiting iconic landmarks while taking the opportunity to network in a relaxed setting. This tour added a unique cultural flair to the event, blending business with pleasure in true Roman style.
