Arkadiusz Kowalski also known to colleagues and customers as Arek, joined Fraser Technologies with a wealth of experience across demanding industries, from automotive to medical. With a career spanning nearly twenty years, Arek has built a strong reputation for his focus on preventative maintenance, process reliability, and customer support.
Arek’s professional journey began in the automotive sector, operating production machinery in a fast-paced environment. He then transitioned into the medical industry, where he worked with industrial cleaning and degreasing solutions. It was there that he discovered his passion for service and preventative maintenance, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and reliably.

“When the opportunity at Fraser Tech came up, it felt like the perfect next step,” Arek said.

In his current role, Arek is responsible for auditing cleaning processes and supporting customers to keep their degreasing machines in peak condition through best-practice preventative maintenance.
Looking ahead, he is especially excited about SLA+, Fraser Technologies’ enhanced service offering, which he sees as an excellent opportunity to expand his skills and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
“My personal goal for this year is to deliver real value-adding service that keeps customers satisfied and makes a positive impact for Fraser Tech,” he says.
Outside of work, Arek’s curiosity and energy are just as evident. A self-confessed spontaneous adventurer, he once decided on a whim to take his family on a 30-hour drive to Croatia, leaving the very next day! In his downtime, he enjoys tending to his allotment, paddleboarding, and staying active at the gym.
