As Fraser Technologies reflects on 2025, the year stands out as one of consolidation, capability-building, and strategic progression.
With new expertise strengthening the organisation, an expanded approach to partnerships, and continued evolution across its equipment and chemistry portfolio, the business has reinforced the foundations required for its next phase of growth. To examine these developments in more depth and to explore how Fraser Technologies is shaping its future direction, we asked Jack Smith, Fraser Technologies Commercial Manager, to share his views about the company’s priorities, recent achievements, and the opportunities that lie ahead.
Fraser Technologies has long been synonymous with precision cleaning, but as the company reflects on 2025 and looks ahead to 2026, its ambitions extend far beyond this core competency. A legacy spanning over 55 years provides a stable foundation from which the company continues to innovate, expand its service offerings, and strategically grow its team.
At the heart of Fraser Technologies’ approach is a commitment to customer-first, technically engineered solutions. As Jack Smith explains,
“Nothing has really changed. We still remain a solutions provider and continue to leverage technology to deliver what our customers need.”

This philosophy guides not only day-to-day operations but also the company’s longer-term strategic priorities, ensuring it remains agile and responsive in an evolving industry.
Vision and Strategic Direction: Balancing Tradition with Innovation
Fraser Technologies is preparing for several significant industry shifts in 2026. With 3M’s official exit from the market, the company has been focusing on helping customers transition smoothly while maintaining high standards of precision cleaning. At the same time, the growing demand for data centre cooling and heat transfer fluids, driven by advancements in AI – as well as new products for carrier fluids and rinse agents as part of the 3M replacement program, has opened new avenues for Fraser’s expertise. As Jack notes,
“We’re seeing increased demand for solutions that improve efficiency in AI developments, which is a growing industry for us.”
The company continues to strike a careful balance between legacy and innovation. The Advanced Vapour Degreasing (AVD) machinery, launched in 2024 and further developed throughout 2025, has been a notable success.
“2025 has been a major success for R&D and application trials. We’ve applied new technologies across a wide range of components and materials, and we’re exploring applications with different solvents. Expect to see these innovations deployed in applications never seen before.” Jack explains.
Frasers are now looking to showcase this technology in new and innovative applications, reflecting the company’s commitment to staying ahead of market needs.
When asked about prioritising technology investments, Jack highlights a dual approach:
“We listen to the market to understand customer needs, but we also proactively identify emerging technologies. Our goal is to offer a wide product range so that we can provide bespoke solutions, while ensuring safe and high-performance outcomes for our customers.”

Sustainability and Engineering Excellence
Sustainability remains a core focus, but Fraser Technologies approaches this through applied engineering rather than compliance alone.
“We’re continually developing near-zero emission technologies and pushing lower GWP solutions into applications that historically relied on higher GWP fluids,” says Jack.
The company is collaborating with key industry partners to improve cooling efficiency, particularly in emerging AI applications, while delivering practical, high-performing solutions for clients these fluids can significantly reduce energy usage which improves the long-term viability of key developmental projects.
Frasers also continues to offer low-GWP alternatives such as the SF range of Speciality Fluids, providing customers with solutions that balance environmental performance with operational efficiency.
“Our approach ensures clients can adopt lower-emission technologies without compromising performance or productivity,”

Partnerships and Global Collaboration: Multiple OEM Approach
Fraser Technologies has always valued its partnerships, but 2025 marked a strategic shift. The company is no longer locked into single equipment manufacturers, instead developing relationships with multiple OEMs to access the best technologies for customers.
“We can now provide truly bespoke solutions. It doesn’t matter what challenge a customer comes with. We have the products, expertise, and partnerships to deliver a solution,” Jack explains.
Looking ahead, Fraser Technologies remains in constant dialogue with potential partners.
“While I can’t reveal all the details yet, there are exciting collaborations coming in 2026, particularly around the continued development of next generation cleaning applications. Watch this space,” Jack hints.
These collaborations, combined with end-user feedback, allow Frasers to continuously refine solutions and ensure customer needs are central to innovation.
Customer-Centricity and Service Expansion
A major focus in 2025 was enhancing customer service capabilities. Fraser Technologies hired Arek as Business Retention Manager, strengthening its “cradle-to-grave” support ethos.
“Arek’s role is to visit key customers, ensure processes are working as designed, and provide maintenance and waste management support. This is a unique value-added service in the market,” Jack says.
Building on this, Fraser Technologies plans to expand service offerings in 2026, including:
- process audits
- waste removal
- maintenance packages
- chemical monitoring
- stockholding of key consumables.
“We aim to offer a complete service package, so customers can rely on us for both technology and operational support,” Jack adds.
This approach reinforces Fraser’s role as a customer-centric expert partner, providing bespoke solutions engineer-to-engineer, with both customers and suppliers.
People and Organisational Growth
Fraser Technologies’ growth is also reflected in its people strategy. 2025 saw the addition of key hires including Arek in Business Retention, Danielle in Supply Chain, and Aaksaa as Financial Controller.
Jack notes.
“Through these additions, we’re stabilising our foundation and preparing the company for growth.”

Precision Cleaning Plus: Expanding the Portfolio
While Fraser Technologies is renowned for precision cleaning, its capabilities extend far beyond. Jack summarises:
“Precision cleaning is our baseline, but we’re already working successfully on applications such as AI-related heat transfer and cooling solutions. Our depth of knowledge allows us to offer engineered, bespoke solutions that deliver real efficiency improvements for our customers.”
The company is also addressing emerging challenges such as PFAS questions and low-emissive applications, providing guidance and technology solutions that future-proof customer operations.
“Customers are coming to us with questions they didn’t even ask two or three years ago. We provide clarity, safe options, and practical solutions for complex problems,”

Looking Ahead: Stabilising the Foundation, Growing Ambitions
Reflecting on 2025, Jack summarises:
“It’s been about stabilising the foundation, building a strong team, strengthening our partnerships, and ensuring our operations are robust. This sets us up for the next phase of growth.”
In 2026, Fraser Technologies will continue to focus on innovation, strategic partnerships, and customer-centric solutions.
“Remaining at the forefront means constantly evaluating global technologies, working closely with customers and suppliers, and bringing the best insights and solutions to the market,” Jack says.
As the company moves into this next chapter, its message to clients and partners is clear:
“Our values haven’t changed. We’re still the same expert partner, delivering engineering-focused solutions. Our goals are bigger, but our principles remain rooted in delivering the best for our customers.”
